Our return policy.

For all articles you’d like to return or exchange please follow the steps below.

Once we have recieved your return demand, we will send you all the UPS shipping details and the authorisation number.

All return shipping cost have to be payed by the customer.

Cancellation

The purchaser can inform us within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product, that he/she renounces the purchase. We will refund the complete amount of money (excl. shipping costs).
